2. Our role
We arrange flights, accommodation, transfers and tours with third-party suppliers. Unless stated otherwise, we act as an agent and your contract for each service is with the relevant supplier, subject to their conditions.
3. Prices and availability
Prices shown on the website are indicative, quoted per person and subject to availability at the time of confirmation. GBP prices are converted from EUR at an indicative rate. A booking is only confirmed once we send written confirmation and any required payment is received.
4. Booking requests
Submitting a request through our website does not create a binding contract. A specialist will contact you to confirm details, final price and payment terms.
5. Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, health requirements and travel insurance for every destination. We are not liable for refused boarding or entry due to missing documents.
6. Changes by suppliers
Airlines and suppliers may change schedules or services. We will inform you as soon as we are notified and help you with alternatives.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the services we perform directly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
