SWEDTRAVEL LTD (Company No. 17564324, registered in England and Wales, 65 London Wall, London, EC2M 5TU, United Kingdom) is the controller of personal data collected through this website, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred travel dates, number of travellers, notes, and the trip you asked about.

3. Why we use it

We use this data to respond to your request and arrange your travel (contract / steps before a contract), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without consent.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with airlines, hotels and local operators to fulfil your booking, and with our hosting providers who process data on our behalf.

5. International transfers

Some suppliers are located outside the UK (for example in Turkey, Georgia or Jordan). Transfers are made only as needed to provide the services you request, with appropriate safeguards where required.

6. Retention

We keep booking request data for up to 24 months, and booking records for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing info@swedtravel.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
