Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking requests
Submitting a request is free and can be withdrawn at any time before confirmation, at no cost.
2. Flights
Flight tickets follow the fare rules of the issuing airline. Many fares are non-refundable once issued; any refundable amount is returned as and when received from the airline, less any agreed service fee.
3. Tour packages
Cancellation charges for tours depend on the suppliers involved and how close to departure you cancel. The exact charges applying to your trip are set out in your written confirmation before you pay.
4. Changes
Name or date changes are subject to supplier approval and any price difference or fees charged by them.
5. Cancellations by us or suppliers
If a confirmed service is cancelled by us or a supplier, we will offer an alternative of comparable standard or a full refund of the amount paid for that service.
6. How to cancel
Please email info@swedtravel.com or message us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive it.
