Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1

   Arrive in Istanbul

   Private transfer to your hotel in Sultanahmet; evening at leisure.

2. Day 2

   Old City

   Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace and the Grand Bazaar.

3. Day 3

   Bosphorus

   Morning cruise between two continents, afternoon in Galata.

4. Day 4

   Fly to Cappadocia

   Short domestic flight; check in to a cave hotel.

5. Day 5

   Valleys & underground city

   Göreme Open Air Museum and Derinkuyu.

6. Day 6

   Balloons & pottery

   Optional sunrise balloon, then Avanos pottery village.

7. Day 7

   Departure

   Transfer to Kayseri or Nevşehir airport.
